Terms & Conditions Content <ul> <li>Failure to meet deadlines and specifications outlined above may forfeit your placement in the publication. If new materials are not provided by September 12, 2026, pick-up of materials from past publications or use of materials acquired through other means may be used at the discretion of the designer.</li> <li>All photos are subject to approval for quality standards to protect the integrity of all partners; if photography submitted does not meet these standards then substitute images may be used at the discretion of the designer, or your placement may be pulled if no suitable images can be acquired.</li> <li>All copy is subject to editing to meet space restrictions.</li> <li>Page placement cannot be guaranteed.</li> <li>Participants will be invoiced upon publication in November 2026. Please make checks payable to Caradonna Adventures. Caradonna Adventures reserves the right to convert payments not received 30 days after invoicing into trade against future bookings.</li> <li>Any outstanding balances will not be canceled or written off unless authorized in writing by CDA and may be deducted from future bookings made through any of our brands.</li> </ul>
